The application of modified free inquiry for the science process skills

چکیده
This study aimed to improve students' science process skills by applying modified free inquiry, which is a modification of two approaches: guided inquiry and inquiry. The research method used true-experimental design. instruments are test questions with indicators observation sheets on implementing the learning model. data collection technique was descriptive quantitative hypothesis testing using nonparametric Two Independent Sample Test, Mann-Whitney test, gain score pretest posttest. results showed an increase in N-Gain value experimental class 0.87 control 0.19. ofhypothesis obtained significance 0.000 < 0.005, sheet model 100% well implemented. Based analysis, it can be concluded that as applied biology skills.
